Liebe Mitglieder und Freunde des MLC,

viele von euch werden es schon vermutet haben:

Leider kann das MLC-Starkbierfest 2022 inkl. der Wahl des Bavarian Mr Leather aufgrund des Pandemiegeschehens wiederholt NICHT stattfinden!

Wir haben mit der Absage möglichst lange gewartet. Jedoch ist für eine Veranstaltung dieser Größenordnung , die einen entsprechenden Vorlauf für die Planung und Organisation benötigt, die erforderliche Besserung noch nicht in Sicht.

Wir freuen uns, dass Benji, unser aktueller Bavarian Mr Leather, sein Amt fortführen wird, bis die Wahl eines neuen BMrL stattfinden kann. Wir werden prüfen, ob wir eine alternative MLC-Veranstaltung mit der Wahl zum BMrL zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt organisieren können. Hierzu werden wir euch informieren.

Aus aktueller Sicht wird die Mitgliederversammlung mit den Vorstandswahlen wie geplant am Sonntag, den 24.04.2022 stattfinden. Bitte merkt euch diesen Termin vor.

Unabhängig vom MLC Starkbierfest muss unsere Club Location UnderGround leider auch weiterhin geschlossen bleiben. Das UnderGround ist bereit für ein re-opening, sobald das Pandemie-Geschehen und die behördlichen Verordnungen dies zulassen.

Trotz dieser unschönen Nachricht freuen wir uns auf ein spannendes Jahr mit euch, hoffentlich bald auch wieder im UnderGround, auf kommenden Veranstaltungen, in unserer Community.

Dear members and friends of the MLC,

many of you will have already suspected it:
Unfortunately, the MLC-Starkbierfest 2022 incl. the election of the Bavarian Mr Leather can repeatedly NOT take place due to the pandemic!
We have waited as long as possible with the cancellation. However, for an event of this magnitude , which requires a corresponding lead time for planning and organization, the necessary improvement is not yet in sight.

We are pleased to announce that Benji, our current Bavarian Mr Leather, will continue in office until a new BMrL can be elected. We will check if we can organize an alternative MLC event with the election of the BMrL at a later date. We will inform you about this.

From the current point of view, the general meeting with the board elections will take place as planned on Sunday, 24.04.2022. Please make a note of this date.

Regardless of the MLC Starkbierfest, our club location UnderGround will unfortunately have to remain closed. The UnderGround is ready for a re-opening as soon as pandemic events and official regulations allow.

Despite this unpleasant news we are looking forward to an exciting year with you, hopefully soon back at the UnderGround, at upcoming events, in our community.
